満州国切手 治外法権撤廃記念 1937年（昭和12）12月1日発行 1932年（昭和7）の「日満議定書」締結により、満州国は、日本がそれまでに清国及び中華民国と締結した条約を履行する義務を負った。しかし、1936年（昭和11）から1937年（昭和12）にかけて、それらを含む不平等な治外法権は撤廃された。きってはそれを記念して6種発行され、満州国地図（2ｆ）、司法部庁舎（12ｆ）、新京居留民会（4ｆ・8ｆ）、交通部庁舎（10ｆ・20ｆ）がデザインされた。 参考：ウイキペディア「満州国の治外法権撤廃」2022.6.15

With the conclusion of the "Japan-Manchukuo Protocol" in 1932 (Showa 7), Manchuria was obliged to implement the treaties that Japan had previously concluded with the Qing and Republic of China.
However, from 1936 (Showa 11) to 1937 (Showa 12), the unequal extraterritoriality including them was abolished.Six types stamps were issued in commemoration of this,
