満州国切手 満州国赤十字社創立記念 1938年（昭和13）10月15日発行 建国当初、満洲国では恩賜普済会（おんしふさいかい）が人道的救護活動を行っていた。また、満洲国の行政権が及ばない満鉄附属地では日本赤十字社満洲委員本部が活動していた。しかし、1937年（昭和12)に満鉄附属地が撤廃されたことで、日赤が満洲国で活動することが不適切となり、1938年10月に恩賜普済会と統合される形で満洲国赤十字社が設立された。1945年、太平洋戦争終結、満洲国滅亡と共に消滅した。切手は1種2額面発行され、地図と赤十字府がデザインされている。 参考：ウイキペディア「満州国赤十字社」2022.6.15
