国際防災の10年 1990年（平成2年）9月27日発行 国際防災デーは、自然災害の軽減を目的とした国際デーである。国連総会は1990年～1999年を国連防災の10年とし、減災の活動を展開しすることとした。切手は、1990年9月、国際防災10年のスタートを記念して発行され、「丘と家」がデザインされている。
International Decade for natural Issued on September 27, 1990 (Heisei 2) International Day for Disaster Reduction is an international day aimed at reducing natural disasters. The United Nations General Assembly has designated 1990-1999 as the United Nations Decade of Disaster Reduction, and decided to develop disaster mitigation activities.
