世界選手権自転車競技大会 1990年（平成2年）8月20日発行 世界選手権自転車競技大会（UCI World Championships）は、国際自転車競技連合 (UCI：Union Cycliste Internationale) が開催する。国または地域の代表として選出された選手による自転車競技の世界選手権大会である。切手は、1990年日本で開催されたこの大会を記念して発行され、「自転車のトラック競技」がデザインされている。

The UCI World Championships are organized by the Union Cycliste International (UCI). It is a world championship of cycling competition by athletes selected as national or regional representatives. The stamp was issued in commemoration of this tournament held in Japan in 1990, and the "bicycle track competition" is designed.
