ふみの日 1990年（平成2年）7月23日発行 郵政省は1989年７月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した ７月23日の手紙記念日である。1990年切手は、「羽ばたく想い」、「夢の草原」がデザインされている。なお、小型シートと、切手帳が併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 23, 1990 (Heisei 2) In July 11989, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi no Hi" campaign stamp.
