国際ユースホステル大会 1990年（平成2年）6月25日発行 ユースホステルは、国際組織として、国際ユースホステル連盟（International Youth Hostel Federation, IYHF）があり、イギリスのに事務局が置かれている。日本では日本ユースホステル協会（JYH）がIYHFに加盟しており、各地区にのユースホステル協会が設けられている。切手は、1990年6月に開催された「第38回国際ユースホステル大会」を記念して発行され、「国際ユースホステルマーク」がデザインされている。
