国際花と緑の博覧会 1990年（平成２年） 3月 30日発行 国際花と緑の博覧会(The International Garden and Greenery Exposition, Osaka, Japan, 1990）は、大阪市の鶴見緑地で1990年3月から開催された。アジアで初めて開催された国際園芸家協会（AIPH）の国際園芸博覧会（A1認定）である。切手はこの博覧会を記念して発行され、「花と妖精」、「樹」がデザインされている。

The International Garden and Greenery Exposition, Osaka, Japan, 1990 has been held since March 1990 at Tsurumi Ryokuchi in Osaka City.
This is the first International Horticultural Expo (A1 certified) held by the International Horticultural Association (AIPH) in Asia.Stamps are issued in commemoration of this exposition, and "flowers and fairies" and "trees" are designed.
