満州国切手 鉄道1万キロ突破記念 1939年（昭和14）10月21日発行 満洲国の鉄道は、満洲国交通部が創設し管理した国有鉄道である。管理や建設は交通部だったが、事実上は日本政府と関東軍が支配していた。1933年、満州国有鉄道が創設され、新線建設を続行した結果、1939年には総距離1万キロとなった。切手はこれを記念して発行され、路線図（2ｆ）と「あじあ号」（4ｆ）が描かれている。 参考：ウイキペディア「満州国鉄道の歴史」2022.6.16
Manchurian Stamp Railway 10,000 km breakthrough commemoration Issued on October 21, 1939 (Showa 14） The Manchukuo Railway is a national railway founded and managed by the Ministry of Transportation. The management and construction was carried out by the Ministry of Transportation, but it was virtually controlled by the Japanese government and the Kwantung Army（Kantoh-gun). The Manchukuo National Railway was founded in 1933, and as a result of continued construction of new lines, the total distance reached 10,000 kilometers in 1939.
