満州国切手 建国10周年記念 1942年（昭和17）3月1日/9月15日発行
1942年3月、満州国建国10周年の記念行事が挙行された。その時期は、太平洋戦争突入後。まだ日本が優勢だったため、記念切手は、当時、資材不足の中だったが、5種6額面発行され、中霊廟（2f・4f）、農夫と漁夫（3f）、手をつなぐ少女たち（6f）、満州国の鳥瞰図（10f）、満州国の国旗（20f）がデザインされた。
