満州国切手 大東亜戦争1周年記念 1942年（昭和17）12月1日発行 1941年（昭和16年）開戦の太平洋戦争（第2次世界大戦）において、満洲国は国際法上の交戦国とはならず、日本軍に協力して参戦しなかった。ただし、連合国側の領事館等は閉鎖された。1947年、日本では大東亜戦争1周年記念切手が12月8日に発行されたが、満州ではそれより早く12月1日に発行されている。ただし、デザインは、第4次普通切手に「8.12.8」（8は、康徳8年）を加刷して簡易な方法で発行された。 参考：ウイキペディア「満州国の歴史」2022.6.16
Manchurian Stamp Greater East Asia War 1st Anniversary Issued December 1, 1942 (Showa 17) In the Pacific War (WWII), which began in 1941 (Showa 16), Manchukuo did not become a warring nation under international law and did not participate in the war in cooperation with the Japanese army. However, the consulates on the Allied side were closed. In 1947, Japan issued a stamp commemorating the 1st anniversary of the Greater East Asia War on December 8, but Manchuria issued it earlier on December 1. However, the design was issued by a simple method by overprinting "8.12.8" (8 means Kotoku 8 years) on the 4th definitive stamp. Reference: Wikipedia "History of Manchuria" 6.16.2022
