ふみの日 1989年（平成元年）7月 21日発行 郵政省は1989年７月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。1989年切手は、「鳥の花瓶と手紙」、「お母さんと手紙」がデザインされている。なお、暑中見舞葉書「かもめーる」景品の小型シートと、切手帳が併せて発行された。
