国際花と緑の博覧会 1989年（平成元年）6月 1日発行 国際花と緑の博覧会（The International Garden and Greenery Exposition, Osaka, Japan, 1990）は、大阪鶴見緑地で、1990年4月から行われた国際博覧会であり、アジアで初めて開催された。切手はその博覧会の前年の１９８９年６月に寄付を募るために発行され、花気球がデザインされている。

The stamp was issued in June 1989, the year before the exposition, to solicit donations, and a flower balloon was designed.
