切手趣味週間 1989年（平成元年）4月18日発行 1989年4月、郵政省は 切手趣味週間切手と小型シート（さくらめーる賞品）を発行した。今回は、北野恒富画「阿波踊り」が採用された。北野恒富（きたのつねとみ）は、明治から昭和前期の浮世絵師、日本画家、版画家であり、多くの傑出した美人画を描いた。

This time, Kitano Tsunetomi's "Awa Odori" was adopted. Kitano Tsunetomi was an ukiyo-e artist, Japanese painter, and printmaker from the Meiji era to the early Showa era, and painted many outstanding beauty paintings.
