ふみの日 1988年（昭和63年） 7月 23日発行
郵政省は1988年７月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した 7月23日の手紙記念日である。1988年切手は、「ネコと手紙」、「妖精と手紙」、「妖精と手紙」「少女と手紙」がデザインされている。
なお、暑中見舞葉書かもめーる景品の小型シートと切手帳が併せて発行された。
