喫煙と健康世界会議 1987年（昭和62年） 11月 9日発行 1987年（昭和62年）11月，東京で第6回喫煙と健康世界会議が開催された．この会議には世界58カ国から702人が参加し，喫煙の実態，健康への影響および喫煙対策などについて熱心な討議が行われた。切手はそれを記念して発行され、「トランプに描かれた喫煙と健康のイメージ」がデザインされている。
World Smoking and Health Conference

In November 1987 (Showa 62), the 6th World Conference on Smoking and Health was held in Tokyo. 702 people from 58 countries around the world participated in this conference, and enthusiastic discussions were held on the actual situation of smoking, its effects on health, and measures against smoking.
The stamp was issued in commemoration of that, and the "image of smoking and health drawn on playing cards" is designed.
