世界会計士会議（World Congress of Accountants）は、国際会計士連盟（IFAC）によって運営し、現在4年に一度開催されている会議である。
切手は、1987年710月に日本で開催された第13回世界会計士会議東京大会を記念して発行され、歌川豊国画「三美人」がデザインされている。

The World Congress of Accountants is run by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and is currently held every four years.
The stamp was issued in commemoration of the 13th World Congress of Accountants in Tokyo held in Japan in October 1987, and a part of "Three Bijin (Beautiful Women)" by Toyokuni Utagawa was designed.
