ふみの日 1987年（昭和62年） 7月 23日発行 郵政省は1987年７月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日とは、郵政省が1979年に制定した7月23日の手紙記念日である。この後、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手は毎年発行されている。1987年の切手は「花と手紙」、「象と手紙」がデザインされている。小型シートと切手帳が併せて発行された。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 23, 1987 (Showa 62) In July 1986, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued a "Fumi no Hi" campaign stamp.
