登記制度100年 1987年（昭和62年） 1月 30日発行 日本の登記制度（Registration System）は、1887年（明治20）、登記法の施行に始まる。 個人・法人・動産・不動産・物権・債権など実体法上の権利や義務を、不動産登記法や商業登記法などの手続法により、法の支配並びに法治国家を支える法制度である。切手は、登記制度100年を記念して発行され、「登記の文字と日本地図」がデザインされている。

The registration system in Japan began in 1887 (Meiji 20) with the enforcement of the registration law. It is a legal system that supports the rule of law and the rule of law by procedural laws such as the Real Estate Registration Law and the Commercial Registration Law, for rights and obligations under the substantive law such as individuals, corporations, movables, real estate, property rights, and claims.
Stamps are issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the registration system, and are designed with "registration characters and a map of Japan."
