ふみの日 1986年（昭和61年） 7月 23日発行 郵政省は1986年７月、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手を発行した。ふみの日 とは、郵政省が 1979年に制定した 7月23日 の 手紙記念日 である。この後、「ふみの日」キャンペーン切手は毎年発行されている。1986年の切手は「小鳥と手紙」、「少女と手紙」がデザインされている。なお、今年から小型シートと切手帳が併せて発行されるようになった。
Letter Writing Day Issued on July 23, 1986 (Showa 61) In July 1986, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued "Fumi no Hi" campaign stamp.
