Japan Standard Time (JST) is the time (UTC) that advances the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) generated and supplied by the atomic clock of the National Research and Development Corporation Information and Communication Research Organization by 9 hours (time difference of 135 degrees east longitude). +9) is the standard time in Japan, which was established in 1886.
The stamp was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of its enactment, and designed with the "Standard Time Meridian and Clock".
