国際青年年 1985年（昭和60年） 7月 20日発行 国連総会は1985年を国際青年年と定めた。実行機関の「国際青年年諮問委員会」は,国単位,地域単位そして国際規模と三つのレベルで国際青年年の特別行動計画（立法措置,教育と訓練,雇用と経済活動など）としている。切手は、国際青年年の発足を記念して発行され、「青年とシンボルマーク」がデザインされている。
International Youth Year Issued on July 20, 1985 (Showa 60)
The United Nations General Assembly has designated 1985 as the International Youth Year. The executive body, the International Youth Advisory Committee, has three levels of international youth special action plans (legislative measures, education and training, employment and economic activity, etc.) on a national, regional and international scale.
The stamp is issued to commemorate the inauguration of the International Youth Year and is designed with the "Youth and Symbol Mark".
