工業所有権制度100年 1985年（昭和60年） 4月 18日発行 工業所有権（Industrial Property Right）は、特許権、実用新案権、意匠権、商標権などの総称である。知的財産権のひとつであり、主として企業活動に関するものを含む。切手は、日本の工業所有権制度100年を記念して発行され、「高橋是清と制度の英文」がデザインされている。

Industrial Property Right is a general term for patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, and the like. It is one of the intellectual property rights and mainly includes those related to corporate activities. The stamp was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Japan's industrial property system, and is designed with "Takahashi Korekiyo and the English text of the system."
