新電気通信制度 1985年（昭和60年） 4月 1日発行 1985年（昭和60年）に公衆電気通信法は電気通信事業法に改正された。これにより、同公社の民営化と、電気通信事業への新規参入、および電話機や回線利用制度の自由化（端末の自由化・通信自由化）が認められた。切手は、新電気通信制度発足を記念して発行され、衛星通信用アンテナがデザインされている。
Inaugration of New Telecommunications System
Issued on April 1, 1985 (Showa 60)
In 1985 (Showa 60), the Public Telecommunications Law was amended to the Telecommunications Business Law. As a result, the privatization of the public corporation, new entry into the telecommunications business, and liberalization of telephone and line usage systems (liberalization of terminals and communication) were approved.
Stamps are issued to commemorate the inauguration of the new telecommunications system, and satellite communication antennas are designed.
