日本プロ野球50年 1984年（昭和59年） 11月 15日発行 日本のプロ野球の歴史は、1936年にプロ野球の球団である「プロリーグ」が設立され、プロ野球の試合が始まった。球団再編問題などの影響でチームが増減しながら、1リーグのプロ野球が2リーグ制となり、現在の2リーグ12チームとなった。切手は、プロ野球50年を記念して発行され、「投手と打者」と「プロ野球創設者 正力松太郎」がデザインされている。
