Cent. of Government Journal Issued on July 2, 1983 (Showa 58) "Kanpo" is a Japanese bulletin. Its mission is to publicize and publicize matters related to its functioning as a nation. In 1883, the publication of the "Kanpo" was officially decided by the Daijo-kan decree, and the editing was handled by the Daijo-kan Document Bureau, the printing was handled by the Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, and the delivery was handled by the Station Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce.
The stamp was issued in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the publication of the official bulletin, and the first official bulletin and Hiroshige III's "Map of Nihonbashi Kosatsuba" are designed.
