官報100年 1983年（昭和58年） 7月 2日発行 『官報』とは、日本国の機関紙である。国としての作用に関わる事柄の広報および公告を使命とする。1883年、太政官布告によって『官報』発行が正式に決定され、編集は太政官文書局、印刷は大蔵省印刷局、配送は農商務省駅逓局が担当することになった。切手は官報発行100年を記念して発行され、官報第1号紙と、三代広重画「日本橋高札場の図」がデザインされている。

"Kanpo" is a Japanese bulletin. Its mission is to publicize and publicize matters related to its functioning as a nation. In 1883, the publication of the "Kanpo" was officially decided by the Daijo-kan decree, and the editing was handled by the Daijo-kan Document Bureau, the printing was handled by the Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, and the delivery was handled by the Station Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce.
The stamp was issued in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the publication of the official bulletin, and the first official bulletin and Hiroshige III's "Map of Nihonbashi Kosatsuba" are designed.
