中央銀行制度100年 1982年（昭和57年） 10月 12日発行 日本の中央銀行である日本銀行は、1882年設立された。第二次世界大戦後の1949年（昭和24年）に日本銀行法は一部改正された。1980年代後半以降、金融の自由化・グローバリゼーションが急速に進展した結果、1997年6月、新日本銀行法が制定され、翌1998年4月に施行された。切手は、日本銀行創立100年を記念して発行され、井上安治画「永代橋際日本銀行の雪」がデザインされた。
Centenary of Central Bank System Issued on October 12, 1982 (Showa 57) The Bank of Japan, the central bank of Japan, was established in 1882. The Bank of Japan Law was partially amended in 1949 (Showa 24) after World War II. As a result of the rapid progress of financial liberalization and globalization since the latter half of the 1980s, the New Bank of Japan Law was enacted in June 1997 and came into effect in April 1998. The stamp was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Bank of Japan, and was designed by Yasuji Inoue, "Snow of the Bank of Japan near Eitai Bridge".
