日中国交正常化10年 1982年（昭和57年） 9月 29日 1972年9月、日本国と中華人民共和国は「日中共同声明」を発表して国交を結んだ。その後10年で日中関係は発展した。首脳相互訪問実現、政官・民間人の交流の拡大、1978年日中平和友好条約等の締結、貿易増加などである。切手は、日中国交正常化10年を記念して発行され、梅原龍三郎画「雲中天壇」がデザインされている。

In September 1972, Japan and the People's Republic of China entered into diplomatic relations with the announcement of the "Japan-China Joint Statement." In the next 10 years, Japan-China relations developed. The realization of mutual visits between leaders, the expansion of exchanges between government officials and private sector, the conclusion of the 1978 Japan-China Peace and Friendship Treaty, and the increase in trade. The stamp was issued to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China, and is designed by Ryuzaburo Umehara's "Unchu Tendan.
