第16回国際皮膚科学会議 1982年（昭和57年） 5月 24日発行 日本皮膚科学会は、1900年に東大教授土肥慶蔵博士により創立された。同学会は、湿疹、皮膚炎、アトピー性皮膚炎、皮膚悪性腫瘍、ハンセン病や性感染症などの治療と撲滅に多大な貢献をしてきている。1982年、東京で第16回「国際皮膚科学会」を開催し、我が国は他の先進諸国とともに、世界の皮膚科学会の中で主導的な役割を果たすようになった。切手は能面と皮膚がデザインされている。

The Japanese Dermatological Association was founded in 1900 by Dr. Keizo Dohi, a professor at the University of Tokyo. The Society has made significant contributions to the treatment and eradication of eczema, dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, skin malignancies, leprosy and sexually transmitted diseases. In 1982, the 16th "International Dermatology Society" was held in Tokyo, and Japan, along with other developed countries, has taken a leading role in the world dermatology society. The stamps are designed with Noh masks and skin.
