切手趣味週間 1982年（昭和57年） 4月20日発行 郵政省は1982年4月、切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、鳥居清長画「待乳山（まつちやま）の雪見」が採用された。鳥居清長は、江戸時代浮世絵師。鈴木春信と喜多川歌麿の間の天明期を中心に活躍し、後の写楽・北斎・広重と共に六大浮世絵師の一人である。特に八頭身の美人画で世界的に高く評価を得ている。
Philatelic Week Issued on April 20, 1982 (Showa 57) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamp hobby week stamps in April 1982. This time, "Yukimi of Matsutiyama" by Torii Kiyonaga was adopted. Torii Kiyonaga is an ukiyo-e artist from the Edo period. He was active mainly in the Tenmei period between Harunobu Suzuki and Utamaro Kitagawa, and was one of the six major ukiyo-e artists along with Sharaku,Hokusai, and Hiroshige. He is particularly well-received worldwide for his eight-headed bijin-ga.
