東京国際切手展 1981年（昭和56年） 10月 9日発行 国際切手展は、世界各国から郵便切手に関する作品を募る「切手展覧会」である。国際切手展は国際郵趣連盟（FIP）の規定で行われる。日本では、1971年から10年毎に開催されている。1981年発行の切手は、「東京国際切手展」と称したが、他の名称は「日本国際切手展」である。日本の郵便事業は、2007年に日本郵政公社から日本郵政に移管され、日本における国際切手展の開催意義も変化した。2011年の日本国際切手展には当時の郵便事業株式会社が主催団体に加わっている。
