自然公園50年 1981年（昭和56年） 7月 27日発行 1957年（昭和32年）7月、「自然公園法」が制定された。自然公園は、環境大臣が指定する国立公園・国定公園と、都道府県知事が指定する都道府県立自然公園がある。2010年時点で、国立公園は29ヶ所、国定公園は56ヶ所、都道府県立自然公園は312ヶ所指定されている。切手は、自然公園法制定50年を記念して発行され、天然記念物「朱鷺（トキ）」がデザインされている。

In July 1957 (Showa 32), the "Natural Parks Act" was enacted. Natural parks include national parks and quasi-national parks designated by the Minister of the Environment and prefectural natural parks designated by prefectural governors. As of 2010, 29 national parks, 56 quasi-national parks, and 312 prefectural natural parks have been designated.
Stamps are issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the enactment of the Natural Parks Act and are a natural monument."Toki" is designed.
