砂防100年 1981年（昭和56年） 6月 27日発行 岐阜県中津川市に砂防堰堤が残っている。この地域 はデ・レ－ケが1880年に視察し、指導している。彼は1880年 8 月にも木曽川を上流から視察し、大崖の砂防工事現場でも工法を指導した。1897年（明治30）に砂防法が成立し、近代砂防事業の始祖となった。切手は砂防事業100年を記念して発行され、「砂防ダム」がデザインされている。

Several sabo dams remain in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. The area was inspected and instructed by De Lakee in 1880. He also inspected the Kiso River from the upstream in August 1880 and instructed the construction method at the sabo construction site of the large cliff. The Sabo Law was enacted in 1897 (Meiji 30) and became the founder of the modern sabo business.
The stamp was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sabo, and the "sabo dam" was designed.
