神戸ポートアイランド博覧会 1981年（昭和56年） 3月 20日発行
神戸ポートアイランド博覧会（Kobe Port Island Exposition）は、神戸港に造られた人工島ポートアイランドを会場として、1981年3月20日から9月15日まで開催された地方博覧会。愛称は「ポートピア'81」（PORTOPIA '81）。
切手は、博覧会を記念して発行され、「ポートアイランドと博覧会マーク」がデザインされている。
Kobe Port Island Exposition Issued on March 20, 1981 (Showa 56) The Kobe Port Island Exposition is a regional exposition held from March 20th to September 15th, 1981, at the artificial island Port Island built in Kobe Port. Nickname is "PORTOPIA '81" (PORTOPIA '81). The stamp is issued in commemoration of the exposition and is designed with "Port Island and the exposition mark".
