国際青年会議所（Junior Chamber International）は、青年の市民活動を推進する国際NGOである。1944年セントルイスで設立され、現在の本部はチェスターフィールドにある。スローガンは‘Be Better’。各国のNOM（National Organization Member、ノム）と呼ばれる国内青年会議所が加盟。
切手は、1980年11月に東京で開催された「国際青年会議所世界大会」を記念して発行され、「デザイン化されたエネルギー」が描かれている。
JCI World Congress Issued on November 8, 1980 (Showa 55) Junior Chamber International is an international NGO that promotes youth civic activities. Founded in 1944 in St. Louis, it is headquartered in Chesterfield. The slogan is ‘Be Better’. The national youth chambers called NOMs (National Organization Members) of each country are members.The stamp was issued in commemoration of the "Junior Chamber International World Congress" held in Tokyo in November 1980, and depicts "designed energy".
