財政監督制度100年 1980年（昭和55年） 3月 5日発行 郵政省は財政監督制度100年を記念して切手を発行した。財政とは政府の年々の資金収支計画をいう。財政制度は、国が管轄する国家財政と、地方公共団体の管理する地方財政に区分される。財政は政府の諸政策目標を達成するための経済政策であり、会計監査院が監督する。切手は、「はかりと紙吹雪」がデザインされている。
Govt. Auditing Centennial Issued on March 5, 1980 (Showa 55) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamps to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the financial supervision system. Finance refers to the government's annual fund balance plan. The financial system is divided into national finance under the jurisdiction of the state and local finance under the control of local public bodies. Finance is an economic policy to achieve the government's policy objectives and is supervised by the Board of Audit. The stamp is designed with "scale and confetti".
