ラジオ体操50年 1978年（昭和53年） 8月 1日発行 ラジオ体操はアメリカが起源で、１９２５年に始まった。日本では1928年に「国民保健体操」の名前でラジオ放送が始まった。ラジオ体操は老若男女だれでも、どこでも体操ができるようにそれぞれの動きが考案された。切手は、日本でラジオ体操が開始されてから５０年を記念して発行され、ラジオ体操５０年シンボルマークがデザインされている。

In Japan, broadcasting of radio calisthenics began in 1928 under the name of "National Health Gymnastics". Radio calisthenics was devised so that anyone, young or old, could do gymnastics anywhere.Stamps are issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the start of radio calisthenics in Japan, and are designed with the symbol mark of 50 years of radio calisthenics.
