第69回国際ロータリー東京大会 1978年（昭和53年） 5月 13日発行 1910年の第1回開催以来、ロータリーの年次大会は親睦を深め、ロータリーの運営方法を決める場である。この大会では、参加者が著名人の講演や余興に触れ、ワークショップに参加し、ロータリーリーダーのメッセージを聴くことのできる貴重な機会となっている。切手は、１９７８年５月に開催された東京大会を禁えして発行され、国際ロータリーシンボルマークと富士山がデザインされている。

Since its first in 1910, Rotary's annual convention has been a place for friendship and deciding how to operate Rotary. The convention is a valuable opportunity for participants to experience celebrity talks and entertainment, attend workshops and listen to the messages of Rotary leaders.
The stamp was issued in banning the Tokyo convention held in May 1978, and is designed with the Rotary International symbol mark and Mt. Fuji.
