切手趣味週間 1978年（昭和53年）4月20日発行 郵政省は、1977年4月、切手趣味週間切手（連刷）を発行した。今回は「寛文美人図」がデザインされた。寛文美人図とは、江戸時代初期、17世紀半ばに描かれた風俗画である。背景の無い掛軸に描かれた立ち姿の美人画が多く、「一人立美人図」とも呼ばれている。
