全国安全週間 1977年（昭和52年） 7月 1日発行
全国安全週間は、1928年（昭和３年）に初実施されて以来、「人命尊重」という理念の下、「産業界での自主的な労働災害防止活動を推進し、広く一般の安全意識の高揚と安全活動の定着を図ること」を目的に、一度も中断することなく続けられている。
切手は1977年7月に開始50周年を迎えるにお先立ち4種発行され、安全マーク、高層建築作業、荷役作業、機械作業の安全がデザインされている。
National Safety Week Issued on July 1, 1977 (Showa 52)
Since the National Safety Week was first held in 1928 (Showa 3), under the philosophy of "respect for human life", "promote voluntary occupational accident prevention activities in industry and raise general safety awareness widely. It has been continued until now with the aim of "establishing safety activities.
Stamps were issued prior to the 50th anniversary of the start in July 1977, and safety marks, high-rise building work, cargo handling work, and safety of mechanical work are designed.
