健康保険50年 1976年（昭和51年） 11月 24日発行 日本の健康保険法の施行は1927年（昭和2年）である．当初は疾病保険と災害補償を兼ねた保険であり、工場法、工業法の適用のある事業所への適用とされた。戦後、国民皆保険制度の下、健康保険は広く普及した。切手は、健康保険法施行50年を記念して発行され、「健康な家族」がデザインされている。
50th Anniv. of Health Insurance Issued on Nobember 24, 1976 (Showa 51) The Health Insurance Act of Japan came into effect in 1927 (Showa 2). Initially, it was an insurance that combined sickness insurance and accident compensation, and was applied to business establishments to which the Factory Law and Industrial Law apply. After the war, health insurance became widespread under the universal health insurance system. The stamp is issued to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the enforcement of the Health Insurance Law and is designed as a "healthy family".
