国際文通週間 1975年（昭和50年） 10月 6日発行 1975年10月、国際文通週間（International Letter Writing Week）切手が発行された。これは、文通による相互理解で世界平和に貢献する国際週間である。万国郵便連合（UPU）結成日である10月9日から1週間、毎年設定されている。切手は、尾形光琳画「クジャク葵花図」がデザインされている。
