第13回世界ジャンボリー 1971年（昭和46年） 8月 2日発行 1971年8月、日本の静岡県で開催された。世界スカウトジャンボリー世界大会は、世界スカウト機構が主催するボーイスカウトのキャンプ大会であり、全世界のボーイスカウトの最大行事である。4年に1度開催され、現在迄に24回実施されている。切手はそれを記念して発行され、ボーイズカウトと日本国旗がデザインされている。
13th World Jamboree of Boy Scouts Issued on August 2, 1971 (Showa 46) The World Scout Jamboree World Tournament, held in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan in August 1971, is a boy scout camp tournament sponsored by the World Scout Organization and is the largest event for boy scouts around the world. It is held once every four years and has been held 24 times so far.The stamp was issued in commemoration of it, and the Boys Cout and the Japanese flag are designed.
