切手趣味週間 1971年（昭和46年）4月19日発行 郵政省は1971年4月、切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、鏑木清方の描いた「築地明石町」が採用された。鏑木清方は、明治期から昭和期にかけての浮世絵師、日本画家、随筆家。 近代日本の美人画家として上村松園、伊東深水と並び称せられる。清方の作品はほとんど人物画であり、明治時代の東京の風俗を描いた作品が多い。
Philatelic Week Issued on April 19, 1971 (Showa 46) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamp hobby week stamps in April 1971. This time, "Tsukiji Akashicho" (a picture of a beautiful woman) drawn by Kiyokata Kaburagi was adopted. Kiyokata Kaburagi was an ukiyo-e artist, Japanese painter, and essayist from the Meiji period to the Showa period. He is named alongside Uemura Shoen and Shinsui Ito as a modern Japanese beauty painter. Most of Kiyokata's works are portraits, and many of them depict the customs of Tokyo during the Meiji era.
