第２４回国民体育大会 1970年（昭和45年）10月10日発行 1970年、第25回国民体育大会が開催された。スキーなどのウインタースポーツ競技は長野県と北海道、また、夏季と秋季大会は岩手県を中心に開催された。切手は、この大会を記念して発行され、馬術競技と岩手山がデザインされている。
25th National Athletic Meet Issued on October 10, 1970 (Showa 45) In 1970, the 25th National Athletic Meet was held. Winter sports competitions such as skiing were held mainly in Nagano and Hokkaido, and summer and autumn competitions were held mainly in Iwate prefecture.Stamps were issued to commemorate this tournament and It’s designed for equestrian competition and Mt. Iwate.
