切手趣味週間 1970年（昭和45年）4月20日発行 郵政省は1969年4月、切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、岡田三郎助の描いた「夫人像」が採用された。岡田三郎助は、明治～昭和にかけて活躍した洋画家、版画家である。女性像を得意とし、日本的な感覚の洋画に秀作を残している。東京美術学校（現・東京藝術大学）教授であり、第1回文化勲章を受章した。
Philatelic Week Issued on April 20, 1970 (Showa 45) The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications issued stamp hobby week stamps in April 1969. This time, "Mrs.'s figure" drawn by Saburosuke Okada was adopted. Saburosuke Okada is a Western-style painter and printmaker who was active from the Meiji era to the Showa era. He specializes in female figures and has left excellent works in Western-style paintings with a Japanese feel. He is a professor at Tokyo Fine Arts School (currently Tokyo University of the Arts) and received the 1st Order of Culture.
