国際労働機関50周年 1969年（昭和44年） 11月 26日発行 国際労働機関（ILO）は1919年に設立され、1946年国連最初の専門機関となった。その「国際労働基準」は、各国の担当当局が労働政策を実施する際の指針となる。国際労働会議（総会）は 毎年開かれ、国際労働基準の設定、世界の重要労働問題を討議する。切手は、1969年11月に「ILO設立50周年」を記念して発行され、ILOマークと労働者がデザインされている。
