The "International Labor Standards" serve as "guidelines" for the authorities in charge of each country to implement labor policies.The International Labor Conference (General Assembly) is held annually to set international labor standards and discuss important labor issues around the world.The stamp was issued in November 1969 to commemorate the "50th anniversary of the establishment of the ILO" and is designed with the ILO mark and workers.
