切手趣味週間 1969年（昭和44年）4月20日発行 郵政省は1969年4月、切手趣味週間切手を発行した。今回は、小林古径の描いた「髪」が採用された。小林古径は、1883年に誕生し、東洋絵画の命である線描技術を高めた。小林古径の代表作「髪」は、古径の線描の特色を発揮した名作である。髪は、裸体画として、日本で初めて切手のデザインとなった。
