国際文通週間 1968年 （昭和43年） 10月 7日発行 1968年10月、国際文通週間（International Letter Writing Week）切手が発行された。これは、文通による相互理解で世界平和に貢献する国際的週間である。万国郵便連合（UPU）結成日である10月9日から1週間、毎年設定されている。切手は、浮世絵師「葛飾北斎」の、富岳三十六景「尾州不二見原」がデザインされている。
