ユニバーシアード東京大会 1967年（昭和42年） 8月 26日発行 ユニバーシアード（Universiade）は、国際大学スポーツ連盟（略称 FISU）が主催する総合競技大会である。全世界の学生たちが集まり、一般に「学生のためのオリンピック」といわれる。ユニバーシアードは、大学（University）とオリンピアード（Olympiad）からきている。切手は、ユニバーシアード東京大会開催を記念して発行され、鉄棒と協議のシンボルがデザインされている。

Universiade is a multi-sport event organized by the International University Sports Federation (abbreviated as FISU). Students from all over the world get together and are commonly referred to as the "Olympic Games for Students." Universiade from Universiad and Olympiadcoming.
The stamp is issued to commemorate the Universiade Tokyo tournament, and is designed with a symbol of horizontal bar and consultation.
