交通安全 1967年（昭和42年）5月22日発行 戦後，昭和40 年代半ばごろまでは，経済の発展に伴い運送車両が大幅に増加し、それに比例して交通事故死者数が著しく増 加した。そのため全国の警察は取り締まりを強化し、交通安全運動が所管警察と民間の協力によって実施されるようになった。切手はそのキャンペーンのため発行され、横断中の児童と交通信号機がデザインされている。

After the war, until the mid-1965s, the number of transportation vehicles increased significantly with economic development, and the number of fatalities in traffic accidents increased significantly in proportion to it. As a result, police throughout the country have tightened their crackdowns, and traffic safety campaigns have been carried out with the cooperation of the police in charge and the private sector.
Stamps have been issued for the campaign and are designed with children crossing and traffic lights.
